I really appreciated the staff wearing a mask and checking my vaccination before seating me.Service was kind enough, no small talk, but efficientI ordered the beef brisket soy bean paste stew; it came with rice and 6 side dishes. The stew was nice and spicy yet I could still taste the flavor of the stew.

This place was trash. Customer service was poor. We had a different waitress every time they visited our table and it felt like they were rushing us. They never took our drink order. They had all you can eat but then told us final course. Their "fresh" menu was definitely not fresh. Then had the nerve to make us pay a $20 surcharge and wanted a tip on top of that. They can kiss my whole @$$ and I'm sorry for those who may have to experience this place. Would review lower if could.

This was a very unpleasant dining experience. We barely felt served, the ingredients were not fresh, and several items on the all you can eat menu were out of stock. The soup, which used to be complimentary, was no longer available and we were told upon inquiry that it was never offered. This really confused me, after all, we had been coming to this restaurant often before. The most irritating thing is that they are charging a mandatory 18% service charge when the food is not fresh and complete and the service is poor. With their rhetoric, all all you can eat guests have to pay these service charges even if they serve like ###.

We had a party of 5 and they automatically charged us 18% for tips. Which is fine, BUT they calculate the tips AFTER tax! They are very short handed and you have to actively look for a waiter to serve you or they will never come to you. Maybe should hire more ppl at busy hours.

Do not go to this place. I had a HORRID experience that I will never forget.1. Watch out for the greasy floor in the restaurant and bathroom. Dangerous for all ages.2. They overprice EVERYTHING. I ordered a angus beef boneless plate which was $47 for one plate. It was a bit pricey but we were celebrating so we just went for it. The picture on the menu showed a full plate of meat but when we received the order, they had 8 of the tiniest pieces on this wooden platter. We were so shocked. We also ordered a plate of pork belly and were given 3…We reached out to a server and shared that we are confused as to why the picture and what we received were so opposite. She listened and said she would talk to the owner. Within 3-5 mins the owner comes to our table furious and starts accusing us of God knows what. Whenever I tried to explain, he would cut me off, talk over me and disregard anything I said by laughing it off.4. Worst part is he never once validated anything we said and never apologized. He went on to say we were the first people who had ever complained to him in 7 years. He also mentioned that we should be aware of how expensive beef is at the moment. How is that our fault? We are coming to your business to eat what you provide. Not to be scammed. Absolutely ridiculous.I will never go here and you should save your money and go somewhere that’ll actually be kind to you and not steal your money. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life.

First off, I never make reviews. Secondly I have been coming here for years. I can deal with slow service when it's busy, or the cottonwood flying around indoors, but charging two dollars for extra rice at an all you can eat kbbq seems a bit wild! Yes, I can afford it but rice doesn't seem like the thing that should be limited.

The food is not too bad but not too good. The service is terrible. The waitress doesn't show up unless we go to them. We ordered all you can eat bbq, but still asked charge for more garlic.

I'm always down for Korean BBQ, especially AYCE versions! Blue Ginger was one of the many places recommended to us to try for KBBQ, so we decided to swing by this location on a Sunday around 12pm lunchtime and had no wait to get seated for 3. We got the mini all you can eat option for $29 on the menu to first try the BBQ selection that Blue Ginger has to offer. I would say usually at KBBQ locations the first order of food is usually the best order, and the order here was alright in terms of quality and quantity. I personally felt that the brisket and the marinated bulgogis were the best, and that the pork belly was cut a bit thick - but if you are down for a thicker and more richer cut of meat, you'll definitely like it! Quality does dip a bit every time we ordered, with the final order (we ordered 3 times) having the beef brisket cut pretty thick, which was unfortunate because the first two orders had it thinly cut. Majority of the side dishes were alright in terms of both quantity and quality. The kimchi side dish had a slightly strange plastic aftertaste that I wasn't a fan of. It did feel a bit underwhelming in comparison to other KBBQ restaurants that I have been to, as other restaurants have more in terms of both variety, quality, quantity. Overall, spent $37 for the base all you can eat option - I thought this was a bit on the higher side price wise for average quality KBBQ restaurant. These are definitely just my thoughts - so if you want to see yourself, feel free to swing by Blue Ginger.

It's been a couple of years since I have been this place. I was pleasantly surprised that they have all you can eat menu. The quality of meats were better than other all you can eat bbq restaurant. This place gets really busy and there's only 2-3 servers around. They were busy but I can flag one of them down and they were very attentive

Best place for Korean BBQ here! The service is superb even when the place is packed. Most of their banchan are good and my favorites are the kimchi and fish cake. Fyi, they are closed on Mondays.

After going on a hike I'm starving! This was perfect! There is only one lady working so BE NICE! You can't expect her to have octopus arms and start slinging plates left and right! They are FRIENDLY! I remember eating here years ago and I still love it today!

I rarely give such a low score on Google review, but this place only deserves one star. I felt I was robbed after getting out of this place and never want to go back again.

The meat quality was so poor, especially the pork. The servers were so busy, and I waved to the server for 5 minutes and nobody seemed to care whether our BBQ plate was already stinky and smoky. The only time they cared about serving you was before they brought the check to you, which has an insane mandatory 18% service charge. For a Korean self-serving BBQ that basically didn’t have any service, how dare you to charge 18% by default without mentioning it? They would put on their fake smile and asked was everything ok? Hell no, the experience was like sh*t. I felt like robbed stepping out of the restaurant and would never come back again. There are much better choice for KBBQ than this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very poor service the last time I came, definitely will try them again. But food is great and easy parking which is a plus for me

Great Korean bbq. They have a lot of options to choose from. The service can be a bit slow, but the food and the sides are well worth it.
