Absolutely sad experience. I was so happy I found a place that is open until 11 PM. Hope filled me over the edge. And what? We were given the completely wrong order. The soups were wrong, was much spicier than requested, and the sides were missing. When we called them, they apologized, offered no methods for the solution of our problem, but to come back in for 10 minutes and pick up a new order, yet we live in Kirkland.
