I have been to this and Tukwila location a few times now. I'm surprised to see the review for this one. Yes, waiting is long but they put out the estimated wait time that is updated as often as they can. Also, they want to make sure that every hot pot bowl that comes out is fresh and hot. So, because it's hot food, people takes longer to eat them (also I think most people want to enjoy it instead of burning their tongue.)

I could write a love story for Boiling Point! I always order the Korean Bean Paste and I've never been disappointed. The food is always delicious and the staff is attentive and quick!
It is a smaller space, which means during rush times, it is always full and there is usually at least a 45 minute wait for any group over 2 people. But I think it's worth it! Although I would not recommend coming here with a group any larger than 4. The space is too small...
