Love that place, foe someone who love all kind of noddles, this is the place. Variety of noddles types and flavors, vegetables, mushrooms, meats and more. Best tendon and lobster balls and my favorite broth is beef bone broth. Served hot and you choose your level of spicy, and there also a nice bar for making you sauces and chili oil mix.
Visited Boiling Point in Bellevue today, and as always, the food really hit the spot. It was comforting and full of flavor. I showed up early enough to avoid any wait, which was a huge plus. The real downside is the parking situation; the lot is either packed or incredibly tight, and it always feels like a scratch waiting to happen. Tiny table to fit two hot pots! You can’t finish the meal without accidentally pushing things off the table unless you curl up the whole time!
Also, do they not have the money to buy a few tables that are not wobbly??? Had to even spend extra effort to stablize the tiny table.
Being such a popular place, you should think about customer experience!
