A great place that’s pretty close to downtown Bellevue with shaved ice!
I always go there during the summer for a good dessert. Usually there are long lines and wait time for your dessert takes a long time, but lately these years it’s gotten better.
I like the matcha (discontinued), Oreo, cheesecake, but the Piggy flavor is great too. It’s worth stopping out of your way for, it’s pretty good.

the injeolmi bingsoo is very delicious. highly encourage sharing, we ordered the lite size and it was still good to split between 2 people. it takes a little bit to come out. the ambiance needs to be improved.
Yummy bingsu. Friendly staff. Not for large group of people due to limited seating even though there are a few outdoor tables as well. Parking situation is not good. This Snowy Village located in a busy shopping plaza. It’s hard to find parking spots and the stalls are small.

A membership is available, which is affordable and comes with perks and freebies. However, it would be better if the desserts came in a container with a rim to prevent spills.
