The customer service was exceptional at this location. I accidentally dropped my order of sesame shaved ice at the pickup counter and the staff offered to make me a new order! She was also very kind in that she brought the new tray to my table! As for the shaved ice, I really enjoyed the flavor combination of ground black sesame, red bean, and mochi. The light sweetness level and the lite size were also perfect for an afternoon dessert.
A great place that’s pretty close to downtown Bellevue with shaved ice!
I always go there during the summer for a good dessert. Usually there are long lines and wait time for your dessert takes a long time, but lately these years it’s gotten better.
I like the matcha (discontinued), Oreo, cheesecake, but the Piggy flavor is great too. It’s worth stopping out of your way for, it’s pretty good.

the injeolmi bingsoo is very delicious. highly encourage sharing, we ordered the lite size and it was still good to split between 2 people. it takes a little bit to come out. the ambiance needs to be improved.
