The food is usually pretty good. However the store is severely understaffed, so when it is busy the wait can be ridiculously long and it is unclear how long you will have to wait. Not worth the time.
First time trying korean shaved icecream, I tried the mango bingsoo and it was delicious! The shaved ice melts in your mouth and is not sweet at all, the mango is what gives it flavor.
We first tried Snowy Village at the Night Market in Seattle’s Chinatown and loved it, so we stopped by the Bellevue location the next day. The Korean shaved ice was just as delicious… fresh, soft, and flavorful.
