One of the best experiences I've ever had at Burger King this place in factoria is premiere for service cleanliness and overall professionalism. All the staff members know my name show appreciation through our conversation and are very kind throughout my transactions this is the only Burger King I go to in Seattle it sets the tone in the standard for all Burger King thank you so much guys you know who you are keep it up.

For fastfood, its okay. I would have given a 3.5 rating if I could because they are more of a 3.5. The store is clean. The children's play area is out of service(im not sure why) but it would be nice to have that especially when you go there with your little children who like to run around.

As far as Burger Kings go, this store is average. I've had better, but I've had much worse. The servers were polite and the food came out fast. It was a cold inside though, on a rainy day in December. My Whopper was a little dry and the toppings weren't evenly dispersed. The first half was okay, but the last few bites were all burger and bun.
