It's always something with this place. Bad customer service. Always rude. I always try to give it a chance but always get let down. Would highly recommend another restaurant. Burger King seems to be dying and it's not even their food, it's the workers

Went inside to replace an order made wrong. Mask policy is not enforced. A lady in the back making my food refused to wear a mask and the manager refused to do anything about it and brushed me off. Absolutely disgusting. Come visit if you want a side of COVID with your order!

12-15-21, Ordered through Uber Eats at 11:15pm and my order ended up getting canceled because this store closed early. They are supposed to close at 12am. The Uber Eats driver messaged me saying this was an ongoing issue with this place. Oh wait...let me guess.......Covid! I have actually never been here before and certainly never will.

The manager and the guy were so rude today. We had asked for no ice and they added ice and when we asked if it could be removed, we got an eye roll from the manager pictured here. We talked to the guy and mentioned what had happened. His responded rudely “why are you telling me, she’s the manager” He said a few other things and slammed the window shut and walked away. Are you kidding me??!!Contacting HQ and putting this on Twitter. Never go to this location, they are rude and horrible.

Went through the drive thru. Sat in parking lot to eat burger. It had a hair on it. I went beck through the drive through for a replacement burger. They basically accused me of lying. Are you kidding me?! I just wanted a replacement burger not a refund.

I only eat at BK when I'm very low on cash. I used a 5.00 coupon, paid with 6 one dollar bills and never got my change. It would have only been .49 cents but it's a matter of principle. When I told the Hispanic woman at the window that I never got my change she lied and said I got it... I think I would remember getting a quarter, two dimes and four pennies... I had zero change on me. I guess it's tip week for the Mexicans! There is another BK in Bellevue.... When and if I give you another penny it will be at that one... I hate liars and thieves!

8 o'clock PM Friday night 2 cars in the parking lot, Assuming it's the employees vehicles cause no one was inside eating. I eas the only vehicle in the drive thru, sat at the speaker for almost exactly 5 minutes and never had my order taken. I could here them talking to one another and I kept saying HELLOOOOO, Nothing! Pulled to the window and not a person in sight. Very very DISAPPOINTED! Then I called and no answer
We went through the drive-thru on October 2nd, 2021 at about 7pm. The woman working the window did not have a mask in sight. Beware.

Come to the drive thru and asked for a whopper during breakfast time. They said they are only doing breakfast. Every Burger King I’ve been to has at least limited lunch menu. They had whopper, whopper jr, chicken fries, and chicken sandwich on the menu and did not honor there menu board during breakfast time which the whopper is part of. I will not come back to this Burger King ever again.
