Love the great deals on the app. You can tell that the workers are doing their best...but probably wish there were more workers. The food was fresh even though it took a bit longer than expected.
Was busy since it was lunch time and their drive thru was closed. The cashier was polite and he was trying to get to everyone. The dining area was clean and so was the parking lot. The food was worth the wait since it was hot and fresh.
This burger king is suffer severe staff shortage due to COVID19 since February 2021 and this review is in June 2021. The employees have to do two or three different jobs at a time to get an order out and many customers are too d*** or entitled to understand that when leaving nasty reviews. The manager is really nice and helped us when a new employee got our order wrong. Please have compassion for the wait time at this store. This shortage has nothing to do with bad management...
