Food is simply delicious. The pork chop is one of the best I have had. Thick cut but seared crisp outside and juicy inside. I am certain that they sous vide before pan seared it. The sauce for Osso boccu is like diluted ketchup with some chicken stock, not recommended. Squid ink pasta is good. Calamari fritti has very well balanced batter though the squid is too small to balance the crunchy thick batter. Wine price is reasonable about 2.5-3 times retail. Impressive wine selection....
Wonderful dinner. Every dish was delicious. T was a great server. He was attentive, gave good suggestions, and was engaged with our group. If they have the lobster pappardelle special, definitely get it.
Carmine’s is one of my favorite restaurants in Bellevue. It’s beautiful inside and out. The servers are knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. And the food, it is excellent, it is fresh, it is always consistent, and the portions are generous.
