The food was fine, but I was disappointed that the waitress didn’t mention that 20% gratuity was included when she brought the bill on the tablet. Tablet only showed the total. Even though we split the bill and openly discussed the tip, she didn’t say anything.

Staff is very friendly and efficient but we had probably two of the worst meals we've ever had. The Tuscan Chicken came with gnocchi but unfortunately the gnocchi tasted like it was bread dough instead of potatoes. The chicken was dry and very few vegetables other than the doughy gnocchi came with it. My husband had Chicken Parmesan which came missing tomato sauce and cheese on top. It was only a breaded chicken cutlet that he found dry and tough, and not at all resembling Chicken Parmesan. Dinner was a big disappointment.

Just got seated. I’m already never coming back here. Hostess seated me next to the kitchen exit. When I asked to be moved she moved me two tables over. I asked for a booth, I did make a reservation, and that’s when she stopped talking. There are lots of restaurants that go belly up in Bellevue. Here’s to Central being the next one.

We had the BEST time at Central! New to the area, we went on reviews and gave this restaurant a try. We could not have been more pleased with our food, service and the atmosphere on a Friday evening at high-tide after-work dinner hour (October 24, 2025). Nicole, our server, was FANTASTIC -- attentive and personal, as we were there for an anniversary celebration. The hostess (didn't catch her name) was also so friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional! Our group of four had salmon, halibut, whitefish and steak -- and each entree received rave reviews as some of the best in each category that we've ever had. We enjoyed the potstickers and fries for appetizers along with wine -- all superb -- and the beignets for dessert -- highly recommended as an after dinner treat so you can linger a bit. This was definitely a 5/5 experience for our entire group!
