We stayed at the Westin Bellevue for two nights over Easter long weekend. We eight at Cypress lounge twice. Be breakfast buffet was delicious and there were endless options. The made-to-order omelets were delicious. We ate the Easter brunch was worth every every bite. Thank you so much to Yuki and Keivan Rodd. Excellent service from both of them.
Back doing business travel again and you appreciate a good meal with good service. The service was very good and friendly. I had the Salmon and it was cooked exactly who I asked it to be.

Very good food and nice ambience. Part of a hotel but don't allow that deter you it is worth a visit. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. The great food is delivered in great presentation and great portions. 10/10 would eat here again
