This is the lux version of Red Robin. The are consistent and efficient for the most part. This place has not changed in a decade for good or bad. I still am overwhelmed by their massive menu. Good place for a large group or even if you want to get in real quick at the bar. I get the Thai lettuce wraps often because they are consistent, healthy and delicious. I like the Cheesecake factory. I'm usually very satisfied with the food and service and this was no exception. Got the Americana burger and finished with a cheesecake, of course!Tasty food, food service and a great atmosphere. Do you need more than that?

Lucky us, gave it a try again. Everyone feels satisfied and happy. First, they set up a reservation system, which let us skip the tough experience of waiting and directly have a comfortable section in a welcoming environment.
