Its Cheesecake Factory. You get what you expect.I rated it so low though because in general the food just seemed sad to me - especially for the price. But what really grinded my gears is I ordered a side of asparagus for $6 dollars and they gave me 3 small sprigs total, just heated up.My partner really likes their deserts though. So I guess that's really the only reason to go there anymore. Just not to dine in.I don't want to give them less stars because it's been years since I've been here, but if this is the standard that can be expected I guess I see why they have gotten a bad reputation lately. So rating is based on what is expected to be fair for my own expirence.Parking: Park in the garage for the mall and walk over.

My sweet angel princess muffin-baby turned 17 on Friday and had only one request, thrift shopping in Seattle and dinner at Cheesecake Factory. After a successful day of bargain hunting, we were ready for sustenance in the form of chicken alfredo, surf & turf, lettuce wraps, and, of course, cheesecake!We enjoyed excellent service and yummy drinks, healthy portions, and really had a great time.

We enjoyed everything here! The customer service was great! We got crab wontons. Which were so good and tasted home cooked. We got pineapple chicken and shepherds pie but we had to send it back because of the taste but that wasn’t a problem and it got fixed super fast and they were really nice about it! The mushrooms in the dish weren’t our favorite so they took it out for us when we got something else. The cheesecake was really good and the one we got tasted like chocolate covered cherries! The other one was also really good and it was duche de leche. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered an ajus cheeseburger with fries and a Caesar salad. The portions were large and the Ajus burger sandwich was pretty good. The Ajus dip itself was way too salty. The server was very good, he attended to all my needs and took care of the drink refills way before I even thought of asking for one. The only concerning thing for me was, before I initially entered the restaurant, there was the food safety rating window sign by the entrance of this establishment. It was rated "OK", just one category above the worst possible which is "Needs to Improve" and two categories below "Excellent" and "Good". I wasn't disappointed by what I ordered if I could change anything it would be the over salted Ajus dip. Hopefully the food safety rating will improve soon.

This is the lux version of Red Robin. The are consistent and efficient for the most part. This place has not changed in a decade for good or bad. I still am overwhelmed by their massive menu. Good place for a large group or even if you want to get in real quick at the bar. I get the Thai lettuce wraps often because they are consistent, healthy and delicious. They have a bunch of things that taste good, too many are heavy for my liking.Note to ownership… you could increase your bottom line profit by reducing portions 10-20%. Everyone would still be plenty happy.
