My wife and I have not been to Earl's in some time. We made reservations during Seattle Restaurant Week. I had the cajun chicken and my wife had the salmon. She enjoyed her salmon and I was even more impressed with the chicken. If you like cajun medium+ spicey then you will love this dish. Our server recommended next time we try the cajun chicken/ribs combo. He did a great job taking care of us. Overall the price of $50 for the 3 course menu was a good value. We had a reservation which I would encourage anyone wanting to dine at Earl's to get. The staff worked with us very pleasantly when we had to go from 2 tables to one since some of our guests didn't show up. Good service, good food. Our table varied from steaks to plant based and all was great. I had a Bankok bowl with tofu - delicious. My grandson had a bacon burger which he demolished! We didn't feel rushed. Attentive staff. Our server was lights out. We had a fabulous time and she was personable and attentive but also gave us time to ourselves. The food was amazing it will probably be my go to brunch spot for a while.
