The matcha rose was a nice refreshing flavor and came out quickly. The mini waffles took a bit longer but came out so pretty and delicious! Nice buttery flavor! From other reviews, it feels like they improved on their service. The lady making the waffles was helpful and answered people's questions and took their order (I used the self serve tablet). The guy making the drinks could have been nicer. He absolutely did not acknowledge/greet anyone. Pretty off-putting.

There is non service exsiting. Lazy pace even if they are slow. I tried matcha soft serve with taiyaki for additional $2, total waste. Nana green tea is the place you want to go for.

A decent experience! Will be returning for the waffle!Upon arrival, we ordered using a tablet style system. Order went through quickly and we got our order in good time.Seating was relatively easy to get.We ordered a matcha strawberry and matcha red bean drink - the balance of flavors within these drinks were a little off, hence the 4 star. The strawberry matcha was too sweet and the redbean matcha drink was too bitter. Could use some work on perfecting the ratio.The waffle, however, splendid. They use raw croissants as their base for their waffles and boy was it flaky! We had the lotus cracker on top and overall the dessert wasn't too sweet. Perfect.Overall, we'd go back. Thanks!

Had to try the insta famous Croffles at Chamei and they were okay, not that great of the hype that it got.We ordered the half dozen ones with 6 different flavours- got Strawberry and Cream, Oreo Cookie &Cream, Caramel, Black Sesame, Dark chocolate truffle and Ube.Ube, Caramel, Strawberry and Cookies and Cream were my favorite.they had other options like Boba, Smoothies, Softee ice cream and different varieties of tea.The staff weren't that friendly and had a face everytime we had a question, they kept pointing to the screen for us to self order. (Hence 1 star for service)

THIS IS NOT A BANGER!! AND I KNOW BANGERS!! The matcha latte tasted like water and the waffles were a hard eat! The first 2 bites were good and then it became nauseating. If you’re looking to me for recommendations, I recommend the door.
