This is a great place! It would be even better if they had a second staff member; there was only one person working and while he did a fantastic job, it seemed like he could use an extra hand with the amount of people present.
I had the brown sugar Macha latte with three different fillings of taiyaki (custard, Oreo and boba). It was really delicious!
Chamei Matcha offers generous portions of creamy and thick soft serve in ube and matcha flavors. The matcha flavor is very strong, but some prefer the ube flavor. The self-checkout process is efficient, with minimal wait times. Recently, customers appreciated the knowledgeable staff who provided excellent information about the products. One customer enjoyed the matcha frappe with boba, noting that the boba was delightfully soft while retaining its chewy texture. Although the price is on the higher side, many believe the quality of the product makes it well worth it. While the service is generally great, some suggested that having an extra staff member could improve the experience during busy times.
