I’ve been to this Chipotle many times because it’s close to my job, and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. The portions of protein are noticeably smaller than at every other Chipotle I’ve visited. Whenever I ask for what looks like a normal serving, the staff immediately asks if I want to pay for extra protein instead of simply providing the standard portion.

It’s frustrating because I expect consistency...

Honestly, one of the best experiences i’ve had with customer service at this location. A worker going by the name Keon/Keyon helped me with my bowl today and was super chill and funny. Food is good as usual and probably the only con about this location is that there were quite a few tables with food on them but wasn’t really a problem.

This is one of the Chipotles that still holds up, maybe because its in the city. Some other places have issues with dry rice and overcooked chicken but everything was great when i came here on Friday night.
