Thank you Nene! She really made throwing a birthday party easy. She really knows how to run a party. She was communicative, fun, efficient, and was able to meet every need. Easiest party I've ever had. Thank you to the whole team! The kids really enjoyed themselves. They games kept them busy and entertained.

Thanks Chuck E. Cheese for spoiling my kids party.
I chose the place so I can enjoy the time with my kid however I spend most of my time arranging things like tissue paper, plates, cups, every damn small item was not in place. I had to wait for 5 mins for every small thing at the counter and the staff was rude like hell. Nothing was properly arranged in the party.
Moreover I paid for 10 playing cards and 1 was not working. When I tried to activate the 1 not working the staff arguing with me that it’s 11th card. In the middle of party they were asking me to bring all cards from playing kids so they can count. Very cheap behavior. I don’t care about $30-40 but your stuff ruined my time with their attitude. Highly unprofessional behavior.

Went here for my sister birthday party, low-key was chill af, the pizza tasted like cardboard but other than that fire aracade. (Got a free drone for telling the ticket lady she was hot)

Kid-friendliness: Its a kid arcade so pretty high.

Had a wonderful experience here. The bathrooms were clean, as were the tables. I just want to say to the team Thank you for keeping the animatronics. There’s so very few locations now that have them. They’re nostalgic and fascinating. They’re what make Chuck E. Cheese memorable. And now I can share that experience with my kids. I hope you guys keep them there forever. Even if they don’t perform as well as they once did.

Overall I was personally disappointed. The staff was lackluster, when present at all. The place was eerie at best, with broken machines and

In reality I'm just
They didn't acknowledge my 3 year old who was just being a kid running around and being cheerful and talkative and it was literally his birthday. It made him sad which then of course broke my mom heart. Granted it was a week day and we weren't "properly" celebrating there with a party or anything. Just attending with family. There was no other crowds besides a small family or two. It seemed like a ghost town and we had to wait long periods for any assistance. Which you need to get into the padlocked little trampoline area.

My child is 7 years old, autistic/non-verbal. I couldn’t find a single person on staff on December 29th that wasn’t kind, considerate, and helpful. Not one. Chuck E even danced with my kiddo. Thank you for just understanding, and helping my little one have a wonderful time. Post-holiday work is exhausting for everyone, but you all have heart. 🙏🙏🙏 So appreciative.

Subject: Feedback on Poorly Organized Birthday Party Experience

Dear Chuck E. Cheese Management,

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the birthday party we hosted for my daughter and son on December 7, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at your Bellevue, WA location. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly below expectations due to several instances of miscommunication and poor organization.

Before the event, I met with the manager (Hannah) in person to confirm food options and secured meal deals. I also provided clear instructions on what we were looking for. However, this information was not communicated to the party host, leading to repeated explanations and delays during the event. The host informed us that she was unaware of the food arrangements we discussed with the manager.

While the host did an excellent job setting up the tables and the food quality was commendable, there were critical lapses:

1. Miscommunication on Event Flow:
- Two parties were happening simultaneously, creating confusion. The host did not guide us on the activities, such as whether we should participate in the Chuck E. Cheese music show or if the cake-cutting session was meant for our party.
- At one point, the host lit the candles on the cake, but they melted completely into the cake due to delays, leaving us awkwardly waiting without clear instructions.

2. Understaffed and Overwhelmed Host:
- The host was under tremendous pressure managing two large parties at the same time, leading to a lack of attention and guidance for both groups.

3. Manager’s Absence:
- The manager did not show up at any point during the party to address the confusion or assist the host, despite the obvious challenges.

The disorganization left my children and our guests feeling disappointed and frustrated. Sitting or standing around without clarity on the party schedule was an embarrassing and upsetting experience for everyone involved.

Recommendations for Improvement:
1. Establish clear expectations with party organizers about the sequence of events for the entire party slot and stick to the agreed plan.
2. When multiple parties are hosted simultaneously, ensure communication with all parties to clarify if activities like music shows are shared or separate.
3. Ensure managers are present during events, especially when issues arise, to provide necessary support to the host and guests.
4. Avoid overloading hosts with responsibilities for multiple large parties at the same time.

While I appreciate the effort of the host and the quality of food, the overall experience was far from satisfactory, and my kids were particularly disheartened. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement changes to ensure better service for future events.

Sincerely,
