We have been going fairly often, mostly because of their patio space and good food. Most dishes are fairly typical for Mexican restaurants around the area, but good quality. We just stopped in for an afternoon snack this last time and had a beer and nachos. The nacho plate was a good size and quite good, with carnitas. We will continue to stop in and enjoy the outdoors. Prices aren't cheap, but it's Bellevue. Staff is attentive and nice.
I came on a Wednesday night around 6pm. Was not super busy but bustling. No wait. I got the “Enmolada”, a special enchilada with mole. First I’ll say it was absolutely delicious. Then I’ll say I didn’t taste mole at all. No mole but it was so good I’m giving them 5 stars anyway. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back for sure!
I arrived alone before a rush and decided to sit outside. The wait staff were kind and attentive. I sat at a table but they had the option of comfortable lounge chairs next to heat lamps. To drink, I ordered a non-alcoholic drink which came out with tajin around the rim. It looked very nice. First out was the chips and salsa. For my meal, the carne asada. The strip steak was cooked well and easy to cut. The beans and rice were both very good. Those corn tortillas though... yum...
