I had a very unpleasant experience at this location on July 21 around 6 PM. We ordered the classic roll, and halfway through eating it, we discovered a short curly hair inside. It was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. We returned the roll and asked for a refund.

There was only one person at the register, and his response was dismissive and rude. He said he couldn't refund us because we had already eaten half of it. Not only did he refuse to apologize, but he also tossed the roll into the bin with clear irritation, as if our concern was an inconvenience to him.

To be clear, we weren’t asking for a refund just for the money—we simply didn’t feel comfortable eating anything else from there after that experience. Had we known a curly hair would be included with our food, we never would’ve ordered in the first place.

I strongly recommend that the owner or manager review the security footage and address this employee’s behavior. Customer service requires basic respect and an ability to apologize when something goes wrong. While mistakes happen, this employee’s attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been to 5 different Cinnabons before and I have been disappointed every time. I always wondered how this place stays open with its stale bread and miserable sweets.
But this one was different. The pastry was actually soft. It was warm and fell apart elegantly. It was sweet and I slurped the gooey icing sugar and cinnamon happily.
Thank you to the fine experienced workers at this location for opening my mind and heart and filling my belly with warm delight.

Had to wait while they baked a mini cinnabon but the wait was worth eating a hot fresh cinnabon. Very crowded with sparce seating. Staff seemed less friendly as other cinnabon venues.

It's so tasty, soft and mouthwatering. We have it once or twice in a week. It is preferred to come and have it in the morning by 10 am to 1pm as it tastes more fresh and hot. We usually by and extra frosting for a $ to enjoy the classic Roll as it's big and yum.

I went to the Bellevue cinnabon around 2:30 in the afternoon on September 8th 2024. I asked for a mocha lot of chill with no ice, no drizzle, and as much as possible no bubbles because there have been times in the distant past that I received a lot of bubbles that replaced more drink that I should have had. Unfortunately I was given a bit of an attitude when I requested this. The young man that took my order said he wasn't sure that he could do that, and I'm assuming it was the manager, who was a middle age woman with a dark hair that came up to the register and told me they couldn't do anything about it because the drinks were premade. I tried to explain that I normally go to the Tacoma Mall store and have no problems whatsoever getting what I want, the way I want it. She then ask me, well do you want it or not? And I told her well I do want it but not with the bubbles. She turned around went and poured a cup and took a cover and scooped the bubbles out while I proceeded to pay for my drink. Unfortunately when I took a sip for my drink, it tasted watered down, for lack of better terms. I kept trying to take small sips to talk myself into making it taste better but it didn't work. I took my cover off and even tried to stir it thinking maybe the flavor settled to the bottom of my cup but that wasn't it either. I was very reluctant but went back to the counter to ask for my money back cuz I told them I couldn't drink this cuz it tasted like it was watered down. The young man that originally took my order said that he didn't think that he could give me back my money being that I already took a sip from my cup. But I explained that I had to take a sip from my cup otherwise I wouldn't have known that it was watered down. To this the woman came to the register again to see what was the problem. I explained it to her and she was quite put out that I wanted my money back. I had mentioned that I had a feeling that I was going to have a problem with this, and she's in turn said, me too. I gave her my receipt to show her I did pay cash, but wanted the receipt back so I could do a survey. She's told me she couldn't give me back the receipt and told me, do what you think you need to do. And then took the receipt crumpled it up and threw it away in front of me. Because of this, I was inconvenienced into having to go from Bellevue, to the Tacoma Mall store so I could get my drink. They always treat me very respectful and appreciated at the Tacoma Mall location and I always order my drinks the same way: no ice, no drizzle, and no bubbles. They have never made me feel like I am putting them out asking for my drink this way.

I will never go to this store again! it's the WORST place. I ordered churros,taste like hard as rocks like left out for 10 hours, and even they didn't to ask warm up. Also I asked for a cup of water, they take 30 cents, and filled it tap water! Thanks for the dirty and smelly food and water!

Can't rate the food as I haven't eaten it and after what I saw I do not believe I will. Workers touching each other on the neck then grabbing boxes and tongs to make orders. Employee digging in her ear with gloves on. I asked for a cup of ice at the register. I don't care to be charged for a drink but I only wanted the ice. When I asked the female worker she looked at me like I was speaking an alien language and repeated what I said. I told her I had asked for it at the register. She proceeded to take the smallest cup and fill it less than 1/4 with ice. I left it for her since it was such a big deal I felt y'all needed it more. Really wish I wouldn't have tipped on top of paying for something I didn't receive. Will not be returning.
