I am an addict of their mo sticks because they are battered (I dip with ranch only). I usually order via doordash. Last order I only got 4 sticks (usually 5). While a little disappointing, it was no big deal. Well today I got a handwritten note from Danu apologizing and making up for it with 6 mo sticks! I didn't even call to complain, they just realized the error somehow! Cloud 9 mo sticks rock but Danu rocks the hardest!!!! I approve a $10/hr raise for this employee and...
Cloud 9 makes an excellent burger. The service was even better. Thank you . They have a neat and clean establishment with hot water quick into the restroom with fully stocked paper towels.
I wish I could give this place millions of stars. It was such an incredible expirience that my family and I enjoyed. The service was fast and efficient, taking only about 7 minutes to deliver our food . And the unique burgers stood out in a perfect mix of sweet and savory. I hope you try this place because I would totally come here every day if I could.
