Don’t listen to you while you’re ordering, ask multiple times what size and super slow! The one in Issaquah is much better!

I don’t know if the recipe really bad for the banana strawberry smoothie here at the Coldstone Factoria or the staff didn’t have enough training to make this . It was the worse banana strawberry smoothie I ever had , it’s very watery and tasteless .

Yesterday 6/22 5pm went to factoria Blvd cold stone creamery. We waited for more than 5 mins, worker didn’t ask what we want. There was a person came next to us joined line. He directly asked what he wants. Worker totally ignored us. It is ridiculous, he was showing sign of racism

Inappropriate music playing with cuss words playing The young women working were helping other customers when we walked in and were waiting in line, it passed 9 pm whileI was in line and I was then told "oh sorry we just closed" while we were in the store. Maybe we would think about returning if you hired people who cared about service or running a professional business.

Per instructions I ordered a birthday cake on line for a birthday celebration I was hosting. I phoned ahead of time and was told that it was ready. When I arrived there was no cake and they were rude and really didn't care. I'd never shopped with them before and never will again.

I don't get Cold Stone too often, and I don't why, but I always enjoy their ice cream. It's rich and creamy, and like the variety of toppings. We got here just in time, because it got really busy after us, even though it was a dark, rainy, and weekday night. Staff was very friendly.
