Food was cooked great and drinks were done well. Reason for the drop to 4 stars is the misleading wording on the service charge. It states that a 20% charge is 'included' which to me says that it's already in the price listed. Instead the charge is actually added at the end. I'm all for livable wages and this is a high end establishment, but I think they can get into a legal issue over the wording.

A really lovely solo dinner with friendly attentive service and delicious food. Yes, Daniel's is a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the genteel ambience & that 12 ounce fillet mignon were worth every penny. The dark woods & high backed booths feel like an old-school steakhouse and the food that the kitchen produces affirms that Daniel's knows its way around fine steak. Server Kristina was personable and creative in helping me have the meal...

Easy access to the parking garage close to the elevator, quick ride up to the 21st floor from the lobby. Window seating for two with a view to the west. Always great service from the host, to server, to gentleman filling water/picking up plates. Food was amazing and since it was our anniversary, they even provided a lovely coconut ice cream dessert. Tina was fabulous and got our parking taken care of before we left. It was a great celebration.
