Desi Tadka is a pure vegetarian restaurant in Bellevue.
Amritsari kulcha, amritsari paratha, poori with chana/aloo and gajar/sooji ka halwa, masala papad, makke ki roti with sarson ka saag and malai kofta with rumali roti were totally finger-licking good.
Sooji ka halwa is a great dessert to try here, it's not extremely sweet and the quantity can be shared amongst 2-3 adults. The music played in the restaurant is a great collection of soothing Bollywood...

I’m not vegetarian but this is so delicious. Portion is very big. This is for 2 people.
Service is fast and good, all people there are very kind and friendly.
I’ll come back here.

We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Achari Kadhai Paneer and Naan.

While the food took a while to arrive, everything tasted great and I appreciate the restaurant owner checking in to see if everything was up to our expectations.
