Staff friendly and helpful. BBQ good, but not like down south. I'd go again.
They had 3 sauces on the side so you could go crazy and mix flavors and make it a drippy (or not) you want.
Didn't test the bathrooms.
Tables and floors clean.
Handicap parking available.

I went here for lunch and I will not be going back. The food was okay, but the restaurant was filthy, cooks were eating while they worked, and the condiments looked like they hadn't been changed in days.

I used to love this place, I’m not sure if they have different management or different ownership but the quality is not what it used to be, every time now the meats are very, very overcooked and dry. Not sure if the place needs retraining, but this is not pleasant barbecue anymore
I placed an order 4 hours in advance on Uber Eats, only for it to be cancelled at the exact time it was supposed to be delivered. This left my staff without food for the night. Completely unacceptable and shows lazy service

3 Meat Plate, Chili Cheese Dog, Pork Ribs
The first time I ate here, it was really good. This time... the worst bbq I have ever eaten. All the meat tastes old and chewy. They must have given me all the meat left over this past week. I won't eat here again.

Love the ribs here. The meat just clings enough to the bone but after that 1st bite it just slides right off.
The BBQ Sauce is OK but I prefer the ribs without it.
Yes, this is a chain but they are still my favorite ribs.

Ordered a 3 meat plate with chicken, brisket and sausage. side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Along with a cookie and a big yellow cup. chicken was dry and stringy, brisket was so dry that it looked like cooked liver, and sausage was somewhat passable. Coleslaw was too sweet and had a grainy mouth feel. Mashed potatoes weren't properly mashed and still had chunks, alongside being grainy. Gravy was watery and had little flavor. cookies came cold, and extremely sweet.

So before I could walk in the door the 3 guys were laughing saying they didn't have any ribs which I believe was a lye. For some reason they kept laughing and whispering which made me uncomfortable. I asked for my okra to be fried hard and it was not. That's all I came there for in the fist place. Not ribs. Anywhere I will not be back to this location. My okra smells musty and old the grease is old.

I have ordered for here for years. The portions are in half. The brisket is chewy. The chicken is rubber. Horrible

Got our order and they had packed the pecan pie in a plastic sandwich bag and put it in the bottom of a singular bag with two large entrees and multiple sides on top. I added 4 sides of pickles and they put them in a paper cut that was falling apart and leaking pickle juice on our entire order because nothing but the sauce and sides were properly sealed. They took my husband's 3 meat plate and shoved it into one tiny take out container half the size of a normal one. To the point you could see the imprint of a hand dented into the paper take out box because they had to excessively squish it to make it fit. They also squished two slices of Texas toast in there making them squished, soggy, and inedible. To boot going off the weight of the container the meat servings were definitely smaller than any other dickeys I've been to (prior military and still move a lot so it's saying a lot coming up that noticably short compared
to any of the states/county locations that I've visited). I guess if I ever do decide to give you guys another chance it will definitely be at another location. To summarize I hope you fail and lose your franchise license, family, ect.

Restaurantji Recommends
The brisket I got was fine but the macaroni and cheese was disgusting. It was very mushy (overcooked), bland and tasted like it came out of a box.

Ordered a chili cheese dog and received a beans and cheese dog. Very disappointed. 10/10 would not recommend the chili if you like chili at all. The rest of the food was worth it tho.

Quality of food has gone down SO MUCH since new management. Meats were swimming in oil & salad was old. Tried again a few more times but was always disappointed. Sad because this place used to be so good. I was a regular.

One of my favorite bbq spots. The brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and pecan pie are my favorites.
