I found the dim sum at Dim Sum Factory to be overpriced and not very memorable. The flavors were pretty standard and nothing really stood out. The atmosphere and service were fine, but overall it did not feel worth the cost. I probably would not go out of my way to come back.

In our last trip to Seattle, we had to eat this again before we flew out!
We are planning our next trip to Seattle, and we are going out of the way to eat this, and eat this again before we fly out. If I could, I would loved to carry this back home on plane 🤩

We enjoy the convenience of scanning the barcode and submitting orders ASAP. There is a little bit of waiting time to get served, but that is understandable. Food portions are adequate and we always feel satisfied with two or three different meals. We tried the mini footballs and the sesame balls and both were super tasty. We have gone at least 3 times and food has been well cooked and well portioned. We'll keep coming back.
