I made purchase of the Snow Crab Meat product; however, I was completely shocked, disgusted and disappointed about finding roughly five (5) strips of plastic in a “ready to eat” product. Why and does this happen with a product that advertising a product is 100% Real Crab and Hand Packed? Why should a customer have to finger-fish thru food to keep from choking?

I tried to dis regard the grittiness, from a few crab shells possibly left behind, but plastic draws the line.

Direct Source Seafood, LLC CSR phone line sucks too, 3rd party agents with huge language barriers, only job is to take complaints and advise that you return product to store of purchase for a fully refund.

This was my first impression and last purchase with this company.

I have bought many different canned crabmeat products through out the years, but this was the second time I used this product. Not only is the taste sweater but when you sort through the meat, there is very little cartliage . Still have to sort but once is enough,

I bought a bag of shrimp and it had a glove in the bag ,I called the number and it was disconnected,i tried to email the message wouldn’t go through, search for a phone number and was hung up on.finally found the right number and got a run around.will NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! TERRIBLE PLACE TO GET A HOLD OF AND CRAPPY PEOPLE FINALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!

I purchased one of your 2 lb bags of raw shrimp that were supposed to be shelled and deveined with the tail on. When I went to remove the tails I found I also had to devein all the shrimp. I paid a premium price for these shrimp and did not appreciate the fact that I had to stand at the sink so much longer to devein 60 or 70 shrimp! That is false advertising.
