As a Colombian, I hold the bar pretty high when it comes to finding authentic food away from home and Monserrate absolutely delivered. A friend recommended it and I made a point to stop in while traveling for work, and I'm so glad I did.
The staff was warm, fun to chat with, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. And the food? Incredible. It hit all the right notes and felt like home.
