The service was slow and the waitress we had looked like she wanted us gone fast! Once I mentioned it she was like no no you guys can stay as long as you like but her attitude was telling something else! Food was good unfortunately it was cold.

We had a wonderful time and our server was great! She made me very special for my birthday. It was great to be able to see some of the Mariners game during dinner, too! Food was fantastic and they know how important a good twist is to a martini!

Awesome environment, Great Food, Awesome Happy Hour and overall excellent place to entertain and enjoy an amazing evening.

Drinks taking 30+ minutes and servers mia when needed or helicoptering when we didn't need anything was dicey. Food and drinks are good, especially with happy hour prices. Otherwise, not worth the time.

The food was delicious and fairly priced. The customer service was poor from our first two servers and it felt as though they didn't want to wait on us. The bar tender Jess ended up accommodating us and waiting our table and the bar at the same time. His hospitality was greatly appreciated.

Our server, Brecken, was amazing! We were a large party of 8 and she was very attentive and really on top of everything! The food was delicious and nicely presented. We will definitely go back.

Food and service was very good. The music in the restaurant was way too loud for 12:30 in the afternoon.

Our server cora was fantastic she was extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home engaging in great conversations with us and making sure our great experience was guaranteed from start to finish she recommended the shrimp and scallop spaghettini which was absolutely delicious!

The staff was amazing and the drinks were strong but that is the only thing Earl's has going for it. We were there at 1:30pm and the place was virtually empty which is always the first sign a restaurant is struggling. Granted it was on a Monday. It still should have been busier. The food was severely lacking in quality. My daughter, who loves Earl's and chose it to celebrate her 21st birthday lunch, said her steak tasted burnt. She chalked it up to the peppercorn sauce. It's the same item she order every time she goes to Earl's but this is the only time she didn't say it was amazing. Our fries were cold so we asked for a fresh order. The next order came out warmer but not as hot as I expected a fresh order would be. I chalked it up to the fat that they're skinny fries. Still I expected them to be warmer. The lettuce in my sister's Cobb salad tasted like refrigerator and the cherry tomatoes we soft as though they'd been sitting around for a while. The complimentary birthday sticky toffee cake was good. My daughter left happy and that was the most important thing. I credit the phenomenal waitress who served us with making the overall experience great for my daughter.

This place is very noisy. For my party of 6, it was impossible to hold a conversation with someone on the other side of the table. Service was very slow. I wondered if our server was new. It took her about 15 minutes to bring the bottle of wine we ordered, then failed to bring wine glasses. She took away silverware after the appetizers, then seemed surprised that when entrees were served that we all asked for silverware. She brought only forks. Those of us with steaks had to ask for knives, and a manager, who we finally got the attention of when our server was no where to be found, brought only 1 knife for the 3 of us. Our evening lasted 2 hours, mostly waiting for service. While the food was fairly good, I doubt I will go back.

Great service and good food, as always. Earls continues to delight at all the locations I have been to - Bellevue, WA and Vancouver, BC. Keep it up Earls!

This place has a good brunch menu, everything is quite tasty, better than a lot of other places that is famous for brunch. However it has some problems. The biggest being it has no good coffee. Hard to imagine a place that provides brunch but not even have espresso coffee. All they have is some very bland drip coffee which apparently is not made correctly. And the server has not much of a clue about the menu. At least the server I got did not know the full menu, just the main brunch dishes. Overall, it's good. The food is superb, which is the core value of a restaurant so I cannot ignore it. But general experience does not worth the money.

Manager accommodated my request without hesitation. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. And in general have always had a great experience with the wait staff!

Allana, was our server. And I can honestly say, she was the best server we had, thus far, from anyone. Loved her bubbly personality. And was very attentive, checked on all our needs, without being overwhelming, and annoying. I wish to always have her, when we’re here!!
