Service and food was very good. We did have to wait for 20 minutes to be seated despite having made a reservation days in advance. We were seated at a table in a booth. The only complaint I truly have is how loud this place is. You can hardly hear the person across your own table.
The restaurant was only moderately busy. The music volume make conversation challenging. Even though we asked our server if he could turn it down, and while he said he would ask the manager, the volume never changed. Add that to an increasing customer count and it made the experience less than optimum. Our food took a long time. My egg dish was cool. The server was very pleasant but he couldn't overcome the environmental challenges.
This is a difficult place for conversation as the music is very loud. We were seated in the bar right under a speaker. I asked for another seating as was told “this is a noisy restaurant.” After 10 minutes we had to ask if there was wait staff for our table. I've had better experiences here prior and maybe it was just a bad day for being understaffed.
