BEST taco truck on the Eastside, and there's plenty of outstanding competition in the area, but El Maestro has been the best ever since it was behind the Shell @ the literal crossed roads...
I’ve eaten here a bunch if times and I can say for certain that the food hits. The meat is so well marinated. I’d recommend the asada tacos or plate. Absolute must try if you are considering getting Mexican food
This is a GREAT taco truck place to stop for lunch. Seriously the best carne asada tacos I've ever had! I want to try the others as well, but the carne asada is so good I haven't gotten around to it yet. The grilled peppers are pretty spicy and the red and green sauces are good. If you are in the area you do not want to miss these.
