Food was good- I was surprised at the lack of options that they actually had for vegetables, and sad vegan proteins. The service was OK during the order, the workers were gossiping in the back so loud I dont think they heard us come in, either that or they just wanted to finish their conversation first, kinda felt like we were in a teenagers room. We got two salads, the price came out to $ 28 and they said they didnt have change so basically we were forced to tip if we wanted to eat. The music was super loud, when we went to sit at the table to eat the workers went back to gossiping so loud it was like they were having a decibel contest with the music which was also turned way too loud.

One of the worst Evergreen salads locations I’ve been to. At 3:30 pm (non peak hour) the staff is rushing through the entire process and being stingy when you ask for any toppings. When I asked the cashier about this, they proceeded to tell me how they have instructions from the corporate to control the serving size and limit the toppings. In my opinion it’s ok to have rules so people don’t abuse the system, but at least give people an option to pay to add whatever they want to.
Overall a bizarre experience.

I’ve been meaning to try Evergreens in Bellevue for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did. This place is perfect if you’re looking for something fresh and satisfying without feeling heavy afterward.
I ordered one of their signature bowls, and everything tasted super fresh and well-balanced. The ingredients were crisp, and you could really tell the produce was high quality.❤️❤️❤️😩
I tried this place for the first time earlier this week and I’ve gotten something there every day since then. The food is always fresh and I like their music too.

I particularly like this location due to the atmosphere and the service. It's very calm and the music is not that loud, compare to some other locations. The service is reasonably attentive. The bathroom is clean. Especially the lady today helped me to choose the right custom salad dish I want. I will be a returning customer to this branch.
