Not the best place love how you have to wait in line to get your food and then wait in line to pay..They don't take cash which sucks if you want to tip cause your forced to tip when you pay..The salad is ok not really worth the 15 dollars and not enough ingredients for a good salad.

If you are a delivery driver, I would not recommend picking up from here. If you are someone who orders Doordash/UberEats, I would recommend ordering food from the other Evergreens store because their speed/service is far better.Today I was charged $5 to park in their garage because there is no street parking and the only available parking is in the garage under the building that allows up to 10 minutes for free. This would be fine if you were dropping something off in this building, but this Evergreens seems to prioritize delivery orders far below people who are ordering in person and made myself and 3 other drivers wait for 10+ minutes. You will end up losing money in the garage or risk leaving your car on the street in front of the police station/transit center if you take an order from here.

I am willing to pay $ for a good, healthy meal, and I’m a big fan of Evergreen salads ever since I tried it at U Village. Great staff there! Since then, I’ve been to the Bellevue location many times and have always felt like I was bothering the staff when placing an order. They’re really not that friendly, kinda snotty. Mind you, it’s not busy at all when I go. Like others, not sure I’ll go back, and definitely not to this location.

Always fresh with lots of optional ingredients, I think they make a great salad in record time. They also change the possibilities from time to time which keeps it interesting.

It tastes great. But too expensive.

Terrible experience today. I was ignored from the moment I walked in the store. I finally asked if they were open to get my order in, but before that a nice police officer came in after me and received a smile and the lady was ready to take his order. The officer pointed to me so I could order first. Nice officer by the way. I should have gotten his name. I tried calling the manager of couple of times so far, no response, so I will let corporate know of this particular store.

Great salad combinations. Size is a decent amount. I like that the dressing is on the side. Wait is a while to get your food though.

I’m a regular customer at the Kirkland and other Bellevue location and have nothing but good things to say. The salad from this location are wilted and sad. The toppings are added haphazardly, if at all. Overall, worth it to visit elsewhere.

Picking up a delivery , extremely long wait. One of the employees gave me water . The problematic employee didn’t bother pronouncing names that were not western and have a 25 minute wait , i ask her if I can get a refill and told me that they didn’t serve water , I thought she was being sarcastic until I realize she wasn’t .

If you are picking up your online order during peak office hours, be prepared to wait for another 30 minutes than what the app status shows. Horrible experience with my online order as the staff puts all pickup orders on hold until the in-store ordering crowd reduces.

Good, friendly service. But don't come here if you don't plan on spending a lot of money for some rabbit food.

My job uses Evergreens as a caterer. Gotten food poisoning from them twice, once from soup, once from a sandwich. Not convinced their practices are sanitary.
