Ezell's Famous Chicken

My first time trying their food, and the food quality was pretty bad. The famous chicken was extremely dry and tasteless. The mac and cheese and the fries were cold and bland. We ordered nearly $60 worth of famous chicken and sides for 3 people, and they only provided two tiny cups of sauce. The gentleman who handed me the food was attentive, which was the only thing I liked about the experience.

I ordered pickup and it was ready a short time after I ordered. I was greeted politely and well taken care of by staff. Food was fantastic, stayed hot and fresh from the ride home. Love the flavor of the chicken and dinner rolls. Never had a bad order from Ezells. Would go again and again and again!

Love the chicken and folks were so so nice! I even ate the leftover strips cold later cause hotel microwave was broken & they were still great.

It's a takeout only place. Chicken strips were good. Maybe a little pricey, but definitely high quality.

Whew for starters they’re so stingy with the food , I’ve been coming here for years and the last few times I’m always having to pay for extra stuff because they’re so stingy. Small amount of sides. Also, why are they charging .60 cents for a small condiment container of sauce. Then you have the workers who don’t speak English and act like they don’t want to be bothered when asking them questions (as a customer should). Yeah I miss the old days, Ezells has gone down hill. This was my side by the way and I got told the fries go off the side mind you I have never in my life got this small amount of fries as a side with a pound of tenders. I ended up buying another fry smh

I went to get food at 815pm on a Thursday night and they refused to serve me as they were closing but I sigh was posted and people where still working inside it said clearly as day they are open till 9pm whoever owns this location should tell their employees to post a sign when closing early not just ignore customers and then turn them away

We must have caught them at a busy time. Saturday at 5pm. It took about 10 mins. The chicken tenders were a little salty. The Buffalo tenders were salty and kind of wet (but not in a good way). I also ordered their creamy slaw and I almost thought it was chunky potato salad. Not good. I really wanted to like it, oh well. The rolls were fluffy but kind of doughy.
