They have delicious chicken. Good variety of options. They are quick and it only costs about $8-10 to feed a person. They have great family deals as well. Around $40 to feed 4 adults.
I finally got around to trying Ezell’s, and I absolutely loved it.
To start, the staff here were very nice. When I asked for a side that was out they ended up giving me a small discount for the inconvenience.
The bread/biscuits aren’t like most other fried chicken places, but the other sides are equally tasty.
The part that stands out to me is the price and the chicken. It felt more affordable than KFC...

Cashier today was extremely polite and patient. Witnessed a payment dispute with customer, and he handled it extremely well.
As a whole we need to treat service workers with more love and dignity, especially the good ones.
