Facing east has been my favorite for almost 10 years and Short Rib is my must. But last week, so disappointed to see 3 pieces almost all big fat. Calked the store on weekend and they didnt change source of beef…hesitate to orfer next time

All time favorite Taiwanese restaurant. even though they switched to take out from dine in we still love to order weekly. Recommending popcorn chicken , pork on rice, milk tea and sliced beef stir fry.

The takeaway beef noodles are delicious. You can take them home and eat them directly without reheating.
For the price and reputation, I expected better food.What I like: stuffed fish balls in soup, pumpkin with salted duck egg. Pork burger.Others:Five spiced fried chicken with basil has almost no flavor. It is a bit dry. Spiced pork stew over rice is ok. Too much rice. Too little meat.Beef noodle soup is meh. Some local restaurants have much better beef noodle soup.Soy flavored chicken with fresh basil is ok. I can only taste chicken and soy sauce. I expected it to have a strong basil flavor.Shanghai style braided pork is a bit dry.
