salad bar was a little less as in Chicago or Minneapolis or Las Vegas.....service was a bit slow (slower as in there locations) and meat selection was a bit short. price was higher than advertised

The Brazilian person, Fabiana, that served us did an amazing job and was extremely polite and nice. Before her, the treatment was a bit cold and just standard. It is amazing how a person can make the customer experience improve so much.

We order chicken sliders -they were delayed - almost came towards the end of the churassco and they were cold with lots of mayonnaise and the tiniest piece of chicken. WE have had this dish several times before and it was worth it - not last evening - not even hot sauce as the description says 'spicy'.
