Happy memories here, with loved ones, food & employees (had a few favorites). Esp thinking of my "friend" who always made me the bombest version of whatever I ordered (flaming hot roll esp, still haven't had anyone make it better) & always gave a cheerful hi even when they were busy. Hoping everyone who worked here will be okay. Had to give them the 5/5.

Loved this location, it was far superior imo to the Renton one. Always an easy go to spot for consistent, quick and friendly service. Food was always good and reliable too. Super saddened that it's no longer here since we frequent this location at least once a week/2 weeks.

Hands down, the freshest sashimi rolls I've ever had ! The ordering process is super simple: you walk in, grab a menu and a pencil, and go ahead and seat yourself at the in the center of the restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered 3 hand rolls, . This comes with salmon, scallop, and crab. The seafood is so fresh and delicious. The chef makes the rolls right in front of you and hands you a roll at a time. Make sure to eat the roll immediately while it's warm and fresh! This place has definitely been one of the highlights of my experience

Best hand rolls hands down. They don't provide any ponzu sauce which is annoying, hoping they change that.Also their salmon is farmed and not wild. For that reason I would stay away from the salmon

This is still one of our fave sushi and udon place. With the current situation we are in, the conveyor is off but it is on the plus side from a customer's pov - the sushis are made upon order which guarantees freshness of everything! The only catch is...waiting, but that is how other restaurants are anyway.

Ok for dine-in, don't bother for takeout.They don't have online ordering, rarely answer their phone, and when they do it's so hard to understand them that they frequently get the order wrong due to their very bad phone system.

Would not come here again because of slow service and the sushi was not the best. Staff doesn't seem to know which customer ordered what. Ordered a beef udon and a few minutes later a staff asks if we ordered a beef udon. We proceed to hear that our table already got a beef udon.

Late lunch, but so worth it! Sushi feast - seared salmon nigiri , hot lobster roll, takoyaki, fried calamari, spicy tuna bowl. Soooooo stuffed! So good since they make it fresh as you order it. . No conveyor due to Covid. But I like it like this better anyway. Delish!
In this difficult time for conveyor-belt sushi places, I think Genki has got things figured out. Efficient ordering by phone and ready for pickup when they said it would be. The sushi was presented nicely and in solid packaging that made it easy to transport home. The delicious platters they offer have a good assortment and are reasonably priced. We had no trouble devouring it in one sitting and everything tasted great! Next time we're in the mood for sushi, we'll be back!

So I at least have to give them a star. They didn't earn it. The place is a wreck! Nothing on the belt. Literally nothing. The sushi was small and over priced. Tbh I've been here before years ago and it has gone downhill. All I hear when me and my bf say down was the manager dropping F bombs left and right in Vietnamese. How is that professional. How is that even okay?! Not only that but the service was soooooo slow and it was wrong. We didn't get the stuff we ordered. They forgot. I got 10% off my bill for it but got a green plate added. Good thing I caught that. So make sure the plates are COUNTED RIGHT, and that the bill is correct. Never coming here again. You all need to get your act together. Then again this place has a 3 star. I'm not surprised. No thank you I'll go elsewhere....

Whenever I go here, the place is always packed!! That says a lot. This place never disappoints, sushi is delicious and the quality and taste is consistently great. Love the sushi here!!
