Hands down, the freshest sashimi rolls I've ever had ! The ordering process is super simple: you walk in, grab a menu and a pencil, and go ahead and seat yourself at the in the center of the restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. Best hand rolls hands down. They don't provide any ponzu sauce which is annoying, hoping they change that.Also their salmon is farmed and not wild. For that reason I would stay away from the salmon

This is still one of our fave sushi and udon place. With the current situation we are in, the conveyor is off but it is on the plus side from a customer's pov - the sushis are made upon order which guarantees freshness of everything! The only catch is...waiting, but that is how other restaurants are anyway.
