The sushi was very fresh and very tasty.... The cuts were precise and provided for easy and tasty bites. I ordered sashimi deluxe and nigiri uni, Toro and ama ebi. The rice is a defining characteristic of a sushi bar and they take the time to make it right. I highly recommend eating here!
High quality sushi here. Enjoyed the sashimi and rolls the most. Was quite busy at 6pm on a Friday but was able to walk in. Would definitely come back as it is a solid sushi choice in Bellevue!
Christmas dinner - we were able to get a reservation the day before at opening time. After we started ordering, the place filled up fast! The restaurant may not be the fanciest place around but the food took me back to Tokyo. The servers were attentive and the Japanese food was great. Recommend sushi with cold sake, beer, and chicken karaage as starters. Nothing we ordered was a disappointment. Would love to return in the future when not visiting Japan.
