Great options! We tried the three cheese sourdough, fruit bar, raspberry cream bread, and brownies. They were all amazing!

Since the owner change this place’s standard breads are often in short order or out, and the quality is lower - undercooked etc.

My favorite small business in Factoria, and a great place to pickup a sammie (recommend the black forest ham on wheat) a sweet treat (m&m brownie, thank me later) and a nice loaf of rosemary sourdough for home. Super friendly and wholesome staff.

I've been to this location several times over the years, when I'm in the area. I was disappointed when I made a point of stopping in this morning around 9 AM, and all they had was bread from the previous day. When I asked what they had, I was told that their breads would be coming out later in the day.
Yet their 3 young employees were busy with figuring out the coffee machine. Don't bakeries usually have their products out early, not mid day. 🤔No interest in the customer.

I drive quite a few miles to get some Monkey bread and Apple crunch bread often. It's that good. The staff is attentive and polite. They even offer samples.

Ryan is a good employee. The bread is good. I like the salted caramel cookie. Their sourdough is also good.

Great Harvest has a deserved reputation for quality food. This place has a hit & miss history with me, though. Wife loves the bread and Saturday cinnamon buns so I am a frequent visitor. I have a hard time with a staff that seems either overwhelmed or just plain disinterested. I never feel like anyone really wants to be here or has any enthusiasm towards the customer. ie; I've never once been offered a sample when I come in. However, there does seem to be an interest in getting me to 'Answer one last question' at checkout with a little something extra.
The experience could be better.

hot melty breakfast sandwiches on warm soft bread for $6, really hits the spot. had a cream cheese pastry, not too sweet, just right.

no indoor seating, but there are some covered benches outside.

I use to love their apple crunch, grew up eating it. But recently I tried it again for nostalgia, and it barely has any apple in it at all. It’s not the same as it used to be. Might not buy it anymore until they add more apple again. It’s nice that you can try different breads in the shop and add butter and honey. See photo: no apple at all in most of the slices. It used to be that most slices had at least 2-3 chunks of apple :(

I’ve been here a few times now and everything is great! Today, I got a mixed berry scone and it was excellent. They always have great customer service and will often let you try something before buying it.

Absolutely delicious bread! My family's personal favorite is the 'monkey bread' although the cinnamon chip bread is a close second! Friendly staff and great cookie options. Just be prepared to wait depending on the time and proximity to special events

1 star until they learn how Google works. I’ve visited 3 times and it’s been closed. Google harasses you to update your holiday hours and this company refuses to take action.

Otherwise they make amazing bread and all the employees are kind and prompt to provide service.
