it feels silly to complain about, but there is such a thing as TOO much service. the restaurant was basically empty when we arrived, and it felt like every 15 seconds a new person would come along and ask if we needed anything. 4 or 5 different servers would come by our table once every minute or so, so we couldn't actually talk as a table and decide what we wanted to order

also, this many people involved meant allergies didn't get flagged properly....

I should have written a review a long time ago. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the WORLD! The food is delicious (if you can cook ; ). The price is reasonable, unless you’re here for happy hour then it’s AMAZING! The staff is great, very friendly and always accommodating. 2 recommendations - pork belly and garlic fried rice : )

I’m always a fan of Gyu Kaku’s weekday lunch menu, rice + salad + soup + 3 choices of beef for $18, economic for the quality of food delivered. The toro miso is my favorite. The place is large but not many waitress so our table didn’t get much attention.
