My favorite hot pot place! Service is great, the food is high quality. The soup bases are very flavorful, the atmosphere is nice and lively.
Such an astounding experience today for my whole family and especially my dad. We made a reservation here to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had heard the customer service here was great but even so they definitely went way above and beyond and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Kay was our server, he made sure the whole experience was so good from the very beginning to the end for us. He decorated the whole table for his birthday, which was totally unexpected, even brought the cake out with a lit candle!! He even gave my dad a small gift. While my boyfriend and I were waiting for the rest of the family to show up, he brought us a small plate of fruit. Such attention to detail!My parents were very impressed by the whole establishment. Our water cups never went empty, Kay checked in on us often. I’ve never felt so welcome and taken care of.Free validated parking. The bathroom was stocked with mouth wash, toothbrush/toothpaste. He gave us hair ties and lens cleaners for my brother and nephew. The dancing noodle guy did a great job as well!Definitely come for a birthday if you want the person to feel special! The tomyum soup was the favorite among most of us, miso as well!

This place has best service, the gentleman who is in charge of our table is very kind! The plater is neat. The food is fresh! It’s a place you must try with your family! Easy access to parking (garage). It’s our second time here and definitely we are coming back again ??

Xiaomei is the best most attentive server! Would come refill our soup, water, and drinks without us even asking. Xiaomei would even come and remove the meat fat resting at the top of the soup too. All the recommendations from the sauce bar were amazing! We were each given individual meat tongs and utensils - biggest highlight was Xiaomei's rexommended broth bowls with a signature mix to enjoy soup as round 1 before the items were done cooking. Would suggest becoming a member for their weekly deals and rewards program! Love the food 10/10 - could eat here everyday!

Good selection of hot pot and meats. The noodles are great as are the vegetable selections. Get the Tom Yum hot pot for a slightly change of pace. Far less pricey than Dolar shop and the experience is quite comparable if less fussy.
Been avoiding Haidilao for a while due to the quality doesn’t go hand in hand in the high price. Recently discovered their discounts and decided to give it another try! Loved the food we had, so fresh and broths tasted richer than before! Recommend!

Our server, Mark, went above and beyond to make our celebration special. He was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to find and play the song "哪吒传奇" for us upon request. This thoughtful gesture made my wife incredibly happy, marking this birthday as one of the most memorable ones in her life.
