Haidilao Bellevue was a mixed experience. The dancing noodles were delicious and fun to watch, and the BOGO beef tasted good, though the portions were very small. The pork bone soup base was bland, the Meat Lover platter had too many fatty and tough pieces, and even the pineapple at the fruit bar didn’t seem fresh.
