An overpriced hot pot restaurant that has hardworking servers and a cacophony of ambient noises. Authentic and genuine for people craving a little slice of China, but a hefty price for a fleeting moment.
Really enjoyed lunch at Haidilao Bellevue! The beef looked fresh, and there were plenty of vegetables and other ingredients to add to the hot pot. The weekday lunch set makes it easy to enjoy hot pot without ordering a huge spread.
The Power Lunch Set at Haidilao Bellevue is a great option for a weekday lunch. There’s a nice variety of meat, vegetables, and hot pot dishes, so it feels like a complete meal. I especially liked being able to put together my own sauce at the sauce bar.
