Great hot pot! Great service and great food. I loved everything about the experience. The flavor of the broth was very good and the meat was very good quality. They have amazing promos and merch. I loved that they gave me a band for my hair that was very nice of them.
Haidilao late-night deals are a steal! We went after 9 PM, and the place was packed, but the service remained top-notch—friendly and efficient with only a short wait. The broth was flavorful, and the meat quality was solid. The only letdown was the sauce bar, which felt a bit unkempt and lacked variety.
