Since this location’s existence, loyalty points seem to never have worked due to wifi or some other issue with their system. Most of the seating and waiting area has been replaced with storage cabinets and cardboard boxes. Drinks and waffles are made in a timely manner but the worker taking orders lacked very basic customer service skills and was more engaged with her friends that were in line behind us as she was still taking our order.
I'm a frequent visitor to this place, and my go-to order is the brown sugar bubble tea with fresh milk. I haven't really explored their other menu options, except for one attempt with the bubble waffle, which I found to be less enjoyable without toppings. Interestingly, there were times when the wait was quite long, but nowadays, there's hardly any wait at all.The one drawback I've noticed about the tea, in particular, is the inability to adjust the ice level....
