Unprofessional,rude and immature

Shout out to the guy at the register, Mason, he was super helpful and suggested I try the Banana Pudding Matcha. I’m so glad I did, it was soooo gooood. His customer service was amazing friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even better.

boba was subpar but the service was fantastic 😊. made it worth the long trip down for some boba. i felt right at home 🏡

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S. I mispronounced the word “waffles” and the waitress pretended not to understand me, looking at me with a mocking attitude instead of helping politely.

Even though I always leave a tip, and I did this time as well, she told me that because I spent over $30 I could get a toy if I gave my email. I said I needed to think about it, and she just laughed and said, “okay forget it.” That was extremely rude.

This girl was wearing glasses, had no visible name tag, and was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was the rudest service I’ve ever experienced in the U.S., and I left very disappointed.

This place is awesome! It looks so different compared to last year, but I really love the changes. The line was long, but the drink portions were generous and the staff were super friendly. I hadn’t been back in a while, and a girl wearing a white hat took my order this Friday. Honestly, I thought I fell in love, she was so kind and so pretty. I’ve never seen her before. By the way, I absolutely love this place, highly recommend everyone comes and try it!

I ordered from fantuan and waited for very long time and it’s cancelled. It’s not worth it. They just wasted my time.

When ever I go to Bellevue square my go to is happy lemon but today I was so disappointed that i changed my order twice still the bobo in my drink was not so chewey that I could not swallow it. Guys please you can do much better

I had a fantastic experience this Monday evening! The bubble tea was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The two guys working the cashier and waffle station were incredibly friendly. They were super helpful in explaining the menu and made my visit truly enjoyable. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer service deserve major props. Five stars all the way for Happy Lemon. Definitely worth the visit!!!!😊

Barely mediocre. Service is very bad and slow. Tapioca sometimes a hard texture instead of chewy. Waffles are good but take forever to make. There's always a line and the interior isnt well organized to handle the chaos of long-line-and-also-people-waiting. Not really any space to sit and enjoy your drinks or food inside due to crowding.

im confused after seeing the previous reviews, i had a good experience with the service girl at the front was nice BUT everything else wasnt. drinks were mid 3/5, it tasted processed and not fresh, and there was loud music blasting almost like a rock concert or something and it was huritng my ears

The girl who took my order had poor customer service. When I walked in, there was no greeting or welcome. After taking my order, she went straight to the kitchen and started chatting and joking with four other coworkers. It’s disappointing that she seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than serving customers. The drinks were okay, but I won’t be coming back because of the service.

boba was okay but the customer service is bad i dont think i’ve seen anyone more rude than the person that took my order. unfortunately kinda ruined my mood and made the boba taste worse.
