Oof, I went for ramen and tried Kara Miso Ramen — it was mind blowing if you like spicy! 🔥 Definitely going back for it again 🤤
One of the best ramen shops in the Seattle & Eastside areas. The ramen is always springy, the Tonkotsu pork bone broth is rich & favorable, and the staff is super friendly. Besides the typical bowl of ramen, I would highly recommend trying the dipping noodles, which is a thicker noodle with a side bowl of ultra-rich broth to dip them in. It’s fun, different, and satisfying.
A cozy ramen spot nestled in the heart of Bellevue. While the experience was enjoyable, it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the glowing reviews.
Dishes tried: Chicken Karaage, Miso Ramen, and Vegetarian Ramen.
Verdict:
• The Chicken Karaage was crisp and flavorful – a solid starter.
• The Miso Ramen was equally satisfying, rich and comforting.
• The Vegetarian Ramen, though well-balanced, leaned toward the milder side; a dash of chili sauce definitely helped elevate the flavor.
Overall, it’s a dependable place that won’t disappoint, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking. A good option when you’re in the area, just not a destination in itself.
Food was good. I was with two Japanese guys who said the taste was almost the same as in Japan.
The ramen was pretty good and the gyoza was also pretty good but the karaage was kind of dry and not as good. Atmosphere and service was good.
Plenty of options in the area, but this one seemed like the best option, and I wasn’t wrong. I ordered the Kara Miso Ramen set with the salmon/ikura and the egg. Everything was fantastic. I love that they offer a “small,” portion for the ramen. The perfect amount of food! The ramen was spicy but not overpowering. The broth had deep flavor, and the toppings were fantastic. The pork was tender and succulent, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. The egg had a perfect, jammy yolk and I was very happy with my experience. The salmon was tasty, the ikura was fresh, and overall a great set for $20! Thank you for bringing me one meal closer to Japan. I wish we had one in New York.
We started off with salmon katsu. The salmon was overcooked and dry. The dipping sauce was to citrus and sweet/zingy. The breading was already citrus, and the lemon squeezed over it....too much citrus.
They told us they didn't have tonkotsu?? But online, it shows them all as that. The toroniku ramen negi Namban. It was just jalapeño water and onion. It wasn't a pleasing spicy for the stomach. I can handle thai xxxtra spicy, too. This spice just was a nauseating flavor. We had to take the bowl back. The noodles were very basic in comparison to other ramen spots.
Our server was so amazing, though, pulling chairs out, understanding our displeasure with the ramen. Very polite and kind.
I love the different bowls of Ramen. Great service.
This is a solid go-to spot for ramen lovers. The broth is rich, flavorful, and hits the spot without being overly salty. Noodles are cooked just right, and the toppings are fresh and satisfying. Their side dishes—especially the gyoza and fried chicken—are also worth trying. Service is friendly and efficient.
Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in the area and craving a comforting bowl of ramen.
Delicious Ramen

Food is great, parking on the other hand…real bad
Only 1 item for vegetarians. Place doesn't look very clean. Good service.
Spicy ramen is the best in Bellevue
Yummy rich. So full. Had left overs.
The broth was super salty. Noodle did not have the right texture. Go to Kizuki Ramen instead.
