Ordered signature ship ramen, 2 kids combos, and kara miso combo with extra meat. Pretty good but generic ramen shop. Kinda interested in their appetizers if I come again. Otherwise, the ramen is good but you can find lots of similar restaurants out there. The kara miso was a bit salty.
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in Bellevue downtown is hands down our favorite ramen spot on the east side, both for its location and the quality of its food. However, parking can be a challenge since the restaurant is in the heart of Bellevue. The small parking lot fills up quickly, and street parking in front is often hard to find. We usually end up parking farther away and walking. The line can get long, especially during peak times, and the waiting area is small, which can be inconvenient...
Highly recommend it. Absolutely love the food. Get the combo, Gyoza and karaage are ok, but the ramen is what hits the spot. Perfect meal for a cold rainy night. We got kara miso and Negi Namban. We had to wait in line for 30 mins or so, while it was worth it - I think the staff could be more efficient about this.
