One of the best ramen shops in the Seattle & Eastside areas. The ramen is always springy, the Tonkotsu pork bone broth is rich & favorable, and the staff is super friendly. Besides the typical bowl of ramen, I would highly recommend trying the dipping noodles, which is a thicker noodle with a side bowl of ultra-rich broth to dip them in. It’s fun, different, and satisfying.
A cozy ramen spot nestled in the heart of Bellevue. While the experience was enjoyable, it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the glowing reviews.

Plenty of options in the area, but this one seemed like the best option, and I wasn’t wrong. I ordered the Kara Miso Ramen set with the salmon/ikura and the egg. Everything was fantastic. I love that they offer a “small,” portion for the ramen. The perfect amount of food! The ramen was spicy but not overpowering. The broth had deep flavor, and the toppings were fantastic.
