One of the best ramen shops in the Seattle & Eastside areas. The ramen is always springy, the Tonkotsu pork bone broth is rich & favorable, and the staff is super friendly. Besides the typical bowl of ramen, I would highly recommend trying the dipping noodles, which is a thicker noodle with a side bowl of ultra-rich broth to dip them in. It’s fun, different, and satisfying.
A cozy ramen spot nestled in the heart of Bellevue. While the experience was enjoyable, it didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by the glowing reviews.

I like the size options they provided. The shio ramen I had was packed with flavor (and of course sodium). The broth was thick and smooth. But the chashu was too fatty.
