Another hotel with no housekeeping. There was tea in the lobby but it was gone by the first day I was there and not refilled. The restaurant was closed, inconvenient for the conference I attended. Long line at check-in due to lack of staff. The USB outlet next to the bed was broken (but the plugs worked). The public bathrooms were locked and accessible with a code, suggesting they have problems with homeless or criminals. There was a phantom charge added to my bill that I had to call and get corrected. I did like the large mini fridge in the room. There is a Target down the street for supplies and ample included parking. As long as your standards aren't very high it is acceptable. The actual price was good for the area.Rooms: A solid king room with a desk, functional wifi aaaaand a chair/ hassok. Had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.Food & drinks: There was a coffee shop for breakfast but nothing else.Noteworthy details: No housekeeping. Limited hotel staff. Front doors were broken so you had to enter through a smaller door on the side.

Got a room #323 and it was bad, the heater and AC made a loud noise all night long. The shower head was broken and the bathroom sink does not drain properly. There was a funky smell to the room. Went down to the front desk and the worst customer service, I told them whats going on all they did was give me a card to call. I will never go back to that place ever. I'd rather go to a motle 6 then this place. They need to work on customer service and fix there hotel. People stay away.Noteworthy details: Stay away....

I travel to the area often for work and have stayed here before with no issue. This time, the lady at the front desk gave me an “outdoor” room. These rooms are delapitated and extremely noisy. They’re sandwiched between two freeways. She lied and claimed it was because all of the indoor rooms were booked. In reality, the parking lot was practically empty. I have no idea why she sent me to her worst room. Maybe it was because of the way I was dressed (in work clothes), maybe it’s because I’m a guy. All I know is that as a business owner, this is not how you treat a customer. Especially a repeat customer. I canceled my reservation. I will never stay here again. I travel to the area often for work (weekly) I tried to help them with their empty parking lot problem. It appears there is a perfectly valid reason for it being empty.Very disappointing

The hotel is only for overnight stays. They do not have breakfast included. They charge you for parking. The room facilities with torn and old curtains, stained pillowcases, worn bathroom door frame.Cleaning service was requested for the room because they told you that you had to request it and they didn't do it.Broken main door, you had to enter through an auxiliary door. The only thing that stood out is that it is well located and next to it you have a woods cafe where you can have breakfast and a chick fil a.

I had an issue with a vending machine and asked the front desk for help. The person at the front desk, possibly named Kevin, was rude and ignored me while on his phone. Eventually, he told another staff member to give me two water bottles. This experience has made me decide not to return.

I know they're trying and it was an old building, but it honestly needs a bit more time with the makeover and repair team, in my opinion. The exterior is mildly outdated, but it doesn't even begin to relay what you'll find inside. The furniture in the lobby seems like it was donated by a cat owner, because one side of the upholstered chairs is simply shredded. The carpet is worn and a bit dirty. There are popcorn ceilings (which, yes, I realize can be a pain to remove, but they really date the place). One elevator is out and the other seems like it's on its' last leg. This was all before I even made it upstairs!Once in the room, I was greeted by the smallest square footage that I've been shoved into in quite a while. The bathroom has absolutely no counter space, whatsoever. They did try to update it, which looked nice, as it was done in a way where it wasn't clunky or obstructive, but there simply wasn't enough space to work with to begin with. But, hey, they sprung for the nicer soaps and make-up remover! Which was really offset by the drastically aged coastal finished oak furniture from 1988; complete with matching framed hotel abstract art. The ceiling sprinkler system was so rusted I'd be afraid for my life if a fire broke out. And the wallpaper in the bathroom desperately needed replacement, as it had soaked in the YEARS of hot-boxed cigarette smoke, and it was ever-present, as soon as you walked in, and it just..... PERMEATED throughout. It was nauseating. Lastly, the mattress was probably THEE softest and worn thing I've ever seen. It possessed all the magic of sinking into a waterbed, without the liquid. It was odd and uncomfortable, and very unexpected. The staff is friendly, the front desk is updated and nice-- the parking is a nightmare if you have anything bigger than a small hatchback, though. The attached coffee is overpriced and got our order wrong (and didn't know what Irish cream was!), but that's not the hotels' fault.Overall-- it's got a good location if you need to be near the downtown area and are on a budget. I wouldn't go back, myself, but, it's not a total terror. They tried.Rooms: -Terribly small-Very outdated-Awfully tight with furniture-Small bathroom with no counter space-Overly soft mattressFood & drinks: It's very near downtown, and Dave and Busters.

Better then I expected and looks in the pictures. Service was smooth, a teenager possibly or very young looking guy helped check me in, very quickly without delay. Very impressed as I wasn't thinking il get this level of service and clean and nice rooms.Wish mine had a microwave as I reheat my food. But still worth coming here. Well done for not being like the other hotels nearby.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The room (two story loft) was wonderful and the bed quite comfortable.

It's our second time staying here, you can tell the difference as when we stay in 2019 it was just renovated vs today. Our room is clean and happy with our stay. The place could use some spruced up.Nearby activities: We stayed here for the Snowflake Lane festivities.

The rooms are nice and the location is great. It’s close to Bellevue and lots of shopping and not far from downtown Seattle and the waterfront. Some stuff feels a little outdated. The shower could use an update, the door stuck a little when coming in. All in all it was a decent hotel and a good value. The restaurant on site and coffee shop are good as well.
